Shipping Policy
We are shipping to most of the world using the services of Correos España. Any order sent to a destination that cannot be shipped due to international policies will be canceled and refunded. Subscribe to our mailing list to keep up to date on our product news and new destination countries.
Once the order is placed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with the purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want to offer the best quality and experience with your product; if for any reason you require an exchange or return please use our contact us page including your order number and reason.
We do not accept returns of used products.
As we are a small company, we are unable to offer free returns at this time. Any costs incurred to send the product(s) back to us will have to be covered by you.
Warranty Returns
Products returned due to a manufacturer’s problem or damage during shipping are eligible for a free return or exchange. We may need photos to assist in the review of the warranty return request.
